The Connective is a virtual support business built for small business owners who are ready to stop doing everything alone. We specialize in the behind-the-scenes work that keeps your business running, from social media management and email marketing to admin support, community management, and online event coordination.

We believe that getting help with your business shouldn't feel like handing things off to a stranger. Our approach is collaborative and consistent, we take the time to understand how you work, what your business needs and where your time is best spent. Then we show up, stay organized and handle the pieces so you don't have to.

Whether you've been in business for years or you're still finding your footing, we're here to help you feel supported, not overwhelmed. The goal is simple: you focus on what you do best, and we'll take care of the rest.
